This is for small weddings which the county clerk defines as 15-20 people. As the clock tower is a popular tourist spot it's best not to try to cram a lot of guests into this area. A couple of important things to know about getting married up here:
1. You must have your own officiant. The county clerk will not perform up here.
2. It's come first, first serve. AND, you may have a lot of tourists up there. It tends to be a little more private before 10am and after 4pm but every day is different!
